REFUNDS: We do not accept refunds due to FDA safety regulations. We will however, ensure you are satisfied. Please reach out to us via email so we can resolve any issues. Our primary goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. We stand by our products  100%. Although refunds aren’t allowed, we may  be able to substitute/exchange products NOT  shipped. In rare cases of unshipped orders, a store credit may be issued to ensure your satisfaction is met. UNFORTUNATELY, shipped items are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
